Relax, we've got this

We understand implicitly the phenomenal workload and mounting pressure on Education professionals these days.  We want to make your day a little easier by taking the headache out of your recruitment pressures.

We want to be your agency of choice and believe that the way to make that happen is to

  • always provide exceptional candidates that stand out from the crowd
  • understand your individual business needs and find the ideal candidate for you
  • solve your recruitment headaches, not give you new ones
  • provide a friendly, honest, down-to-earth and transparent service

We pride ourselves in the quality of our teaching staff, preferring to hand-pick the candidates we have on our books that reflect our company values in your classrooms.  We may not always have a suitable candidate for your role, but we will always be honest and not simply fill a vacancy to make a fee.  We want you to be confident in engaging with us to fill your positions, knowing that we will not compromise our standards and that you can always expect high quality candidates from Bright Future.

We want to understand not only the roles you need to fill in detail, but get to know you and your school personally, understand the ethos, culture and personality types within your school to enable us to find the best fit for your business.  Every school is different and finding the ideal person to fill a role extends far beyond qualifications on paper which is where our strengths lie.

Initially we always prefer to have a face-to-face meeting, we want to get to know you personally to fully tailor the unique search services we provide to best suit your school.  By the end of the meeting, we will have a full understanding of what you are looking for and the ideal person to fill the role, so you can be confident to leave the rest to us.
