Boost Education Service is a student recruitment agency. We are working with 150+ Higher Education institutions in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand including top Universities and colleges. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Destination Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adequate and updated knowledge of multiple destinations’ educational institutions where, their courses requirements of proficiency score, academics, and latest regulations, etc.
  • To contribute to the preparation and implementation of destination-wise schedules to lead conversion targets for each session.
  • Sort out documents against a checklist and organize them in legal and non-legal documentation arrangements.
  • To empower multiple destination students with the knowledge, guidance, and updated and transparent resources they need to achieve their academic and career aspirations for studying abroad.
  • Collaboration with the counsellors, marketing, and visa team to implement strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • To oversee entire aspects of visa and immigration services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly
  • Assisting the back-end team to complete relevant visa and immigration related documents and ensuring deadlines set by the respective government authority or agency.
  • Creating and maintaining compact business relationships with a range of educational partners and ensuring on time services
  • Developing and building strong relationships with a network of education providers.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in any education consultancy (especially in Australia, USA, Canada, and UK destinations) Bachelor’s or Master’s in any discipline.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage workflow and shift priorities Brief, outcome-informed counseling approaches, including strong assessment, intervention, and referral skills

Additional Requirements

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during the intake time
  • Ability to search and solve problems quickly
