Boost Education Service Ltd, a leading education service provider, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home as well as on-site at our London headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a high-caliber workforce.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

Nurture a positive working environment and uphold our high standards for workplace culture.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements:

Proven 2-3 years of experience as a HR Manager, or relevant human resources/administrative position.

Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Proficient computing skills, including experience with HRIS and HRMS.

Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

People-oriented and results-driven.

Able to manage time and workload effectively.
